Branka Rezan is the founder and managing director of Pädagogik+. As a teacher, school coach, and psychological counsellor, she combines many years of experience from everyday school life with sound knowledge from education, psychology, and coaching.
Your aim is to empower teachers and help shape learning landscapes in which pupils grow, take responsibility and develop confidence in their own abilities.

Sandra Rohner
Head of Sales, educational consultancy, teacher, systemic coach in training.
Sandra Rohner has known school from almost 30 years of her own practice. At the centre of her work is an empowering view of children and young people: What is already there? What is succeeding? And what is needed so that the next step becomes possible? Today, she accompanies schools, teams and teachers, and brings her experience from everyday school life into her work. She is convinced that good conversations can set things in motion if we listen, ask the right questions and focus on possibilities instead of deficits.

Bettina Scheck

As a school remedial teacher, SchoolJOKER and learning therapist, Bettina Scheck supports pupils, teachers, school management and parents in all matters relating to learning. Her focus is on consulting in challenging classroom situations, personal coaching and the facilitation of difficult conversations. She is particularly passionate about learning conversations that strengthen relationships, make development visible and enable sustainable learning.

Marketing & Communications
Kathy Golinski supports Pädagogik+ with her experience from over 20 years of marketing and communications. Together with Branka, she ensures that the ideas, offers and vision of Pädagogik+ reach the people they are made for. In doing so, she combines strategic marketing with a keen sense for language, content and communication that remains approachable. As a mum of two school-aged children, the work of Pädagogik+ is also close to her heart on a personal level – and she is passionate about making change in everyday school life visible and possible together with Branka.
