Branka Rezan is the founder and managing director of Pädagogik+. As a teacher, school coach, and psychological counselor, she combines many years of experience from everyday school life with well-founded knowledge from education, psychology, and coaching.
Your goal is to empower teachers and help shape learning environments where students grow, take responsibility, and develop confidence in their own abilities.

Sandra Rohner

Sandra Rohner knows school from nearly 30 years of her own practice. At the center of her work is an empowering perspective on children and adolescents: What is already there? What is succeeding? And what is needed for the next step to become possible? Today, she supports schools, teams, and teachers, bringing her experience from everyday school life into her work. She is convinced that good conversations can set things in motion when we listen, ask the right questions, and focus on possibilities instead of deficits.

As a school remedial educator, SchulJOKERin, and learning therapist, Bettina Scheck supports students, teachers, school leadership, and parents with all aspects of learning. Her focus is on consulting in challenging classroom situations, personal coaching, and facilitating difficult conversations. She is particularly passionate about learning conferences that strengthen relationships, make development visible, and enable sustainable learning.

Kathy Golinski supports Pädagogik+ with her experience of over 20 years in marketing and communications. Together with Branka, she ensures that the ideas, offerings, and vision of Pädagogik+ reach the people they are made for. In doing so, she combines strategic marketing with a keen sense for language, content, and communication that remains approachable. As a mom of two school-aged children, the work of Pädagogik+ is also a personal matter to her – and she is passionate about making change in everyday school life visible and possible together with Branka.
