EISBERG kann dir Struktur geben, einen roten Faden bieten, Zeit sparen und die Nachbereitung erleichtern. Doch was ein gutes Gespräch wirklich trägt, ist Vertrauen.
Wenn du ein Gespräch aufnimmst, frage deshalb immer auch dein Gegenüber, ob das für ihn oder sie in Ordnung ist. Bei minderjährigen Lernenden braucht es zusätzlich die Einwilligung der Eltern.
Die Aufnahme wird nicht gespeichert oder aufbewahrt. Sie dient ausschliesslich dazu, dich bei der ressourcenorientierten Zusammenfassung des Gesprächs zu unterstützen, damit du während des Gesprächs präsent sein, zuhören und nachfragen kannst, statt mitzuschreiben.
Und auch am Ende lohnt sich ein kurzer Moment der Klärung:
